We strive to maintain the health of our employees by educating them about stress check-ups and working to maintain consultation systems with industrial physicians.
We actively support our employees to help them obtain the qualifications necessary for their jobs.
We promote the creation of a warm environment where employees can take maternity, childcare, and nursing care leave, and can feel welcomed when they return work.
Safety and health committee members conduct periodic inspections to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
We have established an internal reporting desk in an effort to prevent harassment and ensure compliance.

We continuously monitor wastewater from our factories and conduct periodic inspections to ensure thorough compliance with laws and regulations.
By securing local human resources, we achieve new and stable employment and contribute to regional development together with local partners.
We also sponsor and donate to local events, as a company that operates with roots in its community.
As part of the city’s beautification campaign, we regularly conduct cleanup activities in the neighborhood of the plants.

We work diligently to comply with the RoHS directive for handling hazardous substances and reduce environmentally hazardous substances across material procurement, design, and manufacturing.
When procuring raw materials such as gold and tin from conflict zones, we select and verify mining and smelting companies to ensure no funding is going toward armed organizations.

We have established environmental substance management regulations and prohibited chemical substance management standards, and follow through managing chemical substances until our products reach our customers.

We endeavor to recycle and reuse raw materials and secondary materials as much as possible, reduce defect and scrap rates, striving to reduce industrial waste.
After consultation with our customers, we work to reduce our environmental impact by using returnable boxes and combined shipping of products with affiliate companies.
In order to reduce CO2 emission, we work to reduce energy consumption by reviewing operation details and updating equipment to be more energy-efficient.
We are currently in the process of introducing a solar power generation system into our buildings, and will actively promote the conversion of the electricity used in our factories into renewable energy.
We have obtained ISO14001 Certification, the international standard for environmental management.

The casting machines and labor-saving machines that we develop and design in-house are always designed and manufactured with the aim of being highly efficient and saving energy.
We have obtained ISO9001 Certification, the international standard for quality management, and are always working to improve product quality and operational efficiency throughout the company.
